Jeremiah Schnee
Founder and board member

Jeremiah is a trusted strategic business advisor with over 350 CEO and family office
engagements, a serial entrepreneur, and most recently co-founder of the WVI Dolphin
Foundation (WVI DF) with his wife, Margaret Poswistilo.


Jeremiah is also president of Bridge Real Estate – a collection of multi-family apartment
buildings in Orange County California.


As founder of the Next Opportunity Group -- Jeremiah shares best practices derived
from multinational client experiences with companies such as Allstate, Pfizer, Colgate
Palmolive and Northrop Grumman -- with family offices as well as with dynamic leading
middle market private businesses and their owner-entrepreneurs. His core advisory
expertise is in the co-creation and implementation of growth strategies and relationships
that maximize corporate equity value, profit and growth – sometimes serving as an
outside member of senior management


The 501c3 WVI DF -- founded in 2018 -- inspires accomplished professionals and
legacy families to pivot toward “give back” by utilizing their prestige, wealth and power
to uplift culture and the human condition.


The growing WVI DF Leadership + Mentorship Program for underserved high school -
aged youth offers compelling on-site career development action learning modules
through partners such as Google, the New York Power Authority (NYPA), Brookhaven
National Labs, and the NYPD. It focuses on STEM and leadership as service,
entrepreneurship, and more. It is supported by over 32 high-level volunteer mentors
including celebrity athletes, veterans, corporate executives, and accomplished thought
leaders.


Prior to launching his advisory practice, Jeremiah gained his early business skills within
a successful family business. He has founded, managed, and sold several businesses.
He has co-founded and directed an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to
supporting global free enterprise as it emerged in central and eastern Europe, Latin
America, Africa, Asia, and throughout the developed world.


Over the years Jeremiah and Margaret have delivered strategy education, coaching,
and implementation training to 25 high-potential diverse CEOs through the Six Parallel

Tracks to Success ProgramTM -- based upon Next Opportunity Group's proprietary
methodology -- provided in conjunction with pharmaceutical giant Merck & Co., Inc. and
the PA-NJ-DE Chapter of the Minority Supplier Development Council (MSDC).


Jeremiah is frequently quoted in print and on air and is a sought-after speaker by
business groups and civic organizations. He served as a moderator for The HSBC
International CEO Roundtable and speaker for The New York Enterprise Report’s
Hidden Opportunities & Challenges of Doing Business in Asia.


Mr. Schnee served as a judge for the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce
Northeast Chapter’s Top 10 Businesses Awards, and for the New York Enterprise
Report’s annual Small Business Awards.


He also served as a strategic marketing advisor to SUNY Stony Brook’s Center of
Excellence for Wireless and Information Technology.


Jeremiah is the proud father of four accomplished adult children and adores his seven
grandchildren. He and Margaret rotate between their South Norwalk, CT, home and
their apartment on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Margaret Poswistilo
Executive director and board member

Margaret Poswistilo is an expert Human Resources Director, Organizational Development specialist and Management Trainer. She contributed her talents to large hotel chains such as Westin and Omni Hotels, and healthcare organizations like MA General Hospital. She also spent time as a General Manager with Intercontinental Hotels Group where she turned around customer service and operational efficiencies at a 200-room property.

Margaret also built a management training firm that served clients primarily in the hospitality and healthcare fields. Her firm helped organizations increase their revenues by improving managers’ leadership decision making skills and the companies overall quality of service. From there she joined Next Opportunity Group, a business advisory firm, and expanded her client base to reach manufacturing and food production companies, and small businesses.

Margaret is an active member of SHRM – Society of Human Resources Management and served on the NYC Board and Leadership Council. Throughout her career, Margaret has donated her time to serve in the community helping the homeless, advancing literacy and coaching and mentoring young adults. As Director of the WVI DF, she is positioning the foundation, along with the founder, to achieve its growth goals, and make a strong impact on our mentee’s futures via our Leadership Mentor Program.

Peter Cuneo
Cuneo & Co., Former CEO of Marvel Entertainment

Peter Cuneo was recently recognized by Forbes Magazine as among the 10 top business CEO turnaround experts in the US today – and is best known for taking Marvel Comics out of bankruptcy – and then selling it to Disney 9 years later for $ 4.3 Billion.

Peter traces the success of his many turnaround endeavors to two areas of critical expertise – strong leadership – and the essential role of a dynamic corporate culture. Peter is currently the Chairman and Acting CEO of Iconix – and is also Managing Partner of Cuneo Capital Partners.

He has completed seven turnarounds of distressed branded businesses in the global media and consumer products sectors since 1983.

From 1999 to 2009, Peter played a lead role in the turnaround of Marvel Entertainment Inc. (NYSE – MVL). As President and CEO, he led Marvel, post-bankruptcy, to a prominent position in the entertainment industry. He then served as Vice Chairman of the board, providing active leadership as Marvel grew to one of the world’s leading entertainment brands and culminated in its $4 billion sale to Disney at the end of 2009.

David was the V.P. of Center Marketing & Sponsorship at Taubman Centers, Inc., where he developed and oversaw marketing and marketing partnership programs for the company's regional shopping malls. Before joining Taubman, he previously worked as the Vice President of Marketing at Foot Locker for eight years, where he established the company's sports marketing division and spearheaded global expansion efforts.
